Assembly and disassembly of large-size presses

Comprehensive work related to the mechanical and electrical assembly of presses includes: disassembly, packing and transportation of the press, as well as installation and connection of all components.

Stages of press installation
For new, unused equipment from factories, the following steps are planned:
1) Preparation and agreement on the work plan;
2) Unloading from vehicles;
3) Moving to the installation area;
4) Positioning in the design position on the foundation or in the pit;
5) Setting the load in the required position and final installation;
6) Commissioning.
