Installation of Steel Structures and Specialised Separation Equipment for SICON in Slovakia

SM Industry successfully completed a complex installation
project in Slovakia for SICON, involving the assembly of
steel structures and specialised equipment for the
separation of secondary raw materials. The project scope
covered the installation of systems designed to separate
metallic and non-metallic waste streams. As part of the
project, SM Industry assembled a supporting steel
structure and installed a vibratory feeder together with a
magnetic separator. Additionally, an unloading system was
built, which included multiple conveyor belts and
additional magnetic separators to ensure efficient
separation and smooth material flow. A team of five
qualified SM Industry specialists delivered the works. To
ensure the safe and efficient execution of the installation,
a 30-ton mobile crane and personnel lifting equipment,
including an aerial work platform, were used. All works
were carried out in full compliance with technical
documentation, occupational health and safety
requirements, and within the agreed timeline. This project
was completed for SICON, a long-term and trusted client
specialising in delivering advanced engineering solutions
and systems for the separation and recycling of various
types of waste and materials. The continued cooperation
between SM Industry and SICON demonstrates a high level
of trust and a professional approach to delivering complex
technical projects.
