Installation of a Production Line for Spiral Welded Steel Pipes for Industrial Steel Group

SM Industry successfully delivered a full-scope project for
the installation of a production line for manufacturing
spiral welded steel pipes with diameters ranging from 200
mm to 1600 mm. Industrial Steel Group, a long-term
partner of SM Industry, decided to relocate part of its
production abroad due to the war in Ukraine and to launch
a new production facility in Poland. The installation of
this line presented several challenges, particularly due to
the absence of on-site representatives from the original
equipment manufacturer — all technical support and
supervision were provided remotely. Despite this, the high
level of qualification and experience of SM Industry’s
engineering team ensured that all technical issues were
resolved promptly and effectively. A crew of six qualified
SM Industry specialists was engaged to carry out the
project. The full project was delivered within one month.
All installation works were completed to a high standard,
on time, and in strict compliance with safety regulations.
Today, the production line is fully operational and
consistently producing spiral welded pipes according to
the planned capacity.
