Unloading and Installation of a 150-Ton Extraction Column for Oilseed Processing

SM Industry successfully completed a full scope of works
involving the unloading and precise installation of a
150-ton extraction column designed for oilseed product
processing. The work included unloading the equipment
from the transport vehicle, moving it to the designated
area, and installing it in the project position on prepared
foundations. All necessary preparatory measures were
completed in advance by SM Industry: rotating
mechanisms were assembled, rollers and other essential
components were installed to ensure precise and safe
installation of the column. The core operations were
carried out using the Enerpac SLB-300 hydraulic gantry
system, which provided accurate control during lifting and
positioning of the heavy structure. All works were
performed by SM Industry in strict accordance with
technical documentation, meeting all industrial safety
standards and requirements for precision installation of
heavy process equipment.
